Ministry prepares online complaints service for 2022 Hajj pilgrimage
Mecca, Saudi Arabia (ANTARA) – The Ministry of Religious Affairs has set up an online complaint service for pilgrims to register complaints related to the performance and services of officers during the implementation of the pilgrimage of the Hajj of 2022.
“We are open to criticisms and suggestions regarding the performance of officers and the quality of service. We invite pilgrims to submit criticisms, suggestions and complaints via haji2022.kemenag.go.id”, team member of monitoring and evaluation of the performance and performance of officers. Services to the Hajj Organizing Committee (PPIH) Ministry in Saudi Arabia, Syaltout, remarked here on Thursday.
He noted that the online complaint channel is prepared for pilgrims and officers. Users are only required to access the haji2022.kemenag.go.id link and then fill in the provided form if they wish to register reviews, suggestions and complaints, as well as if they are looking for other information.
Syaltout stressed that the Ministry of Religious Affairs is open to criticism to continuously improve its services.

“Please objectively critique improvements, so they can be addressed quickly,” he stressed.
According to the team member, suggestions and contributions from pilgrims or officers will be displayed on a special dashboard monitored regularly by the team. Complaints received will be verified in the field and then followed up for immediate resolution.
He pointed out that the team had already received a complaint from a pilgrim from the Solo embarkation point regarding accommodation. The team then immediately verified the complaint, which was found to be factual, and provided a solution.
The other complaint that has been received concerns the guidance officers of the cult (Bimbad).
In addition to accommodation and worship guidance, other complaints related to officer performance, health, drinking and transportation services may be made by pilgrims.
As a thank you, he said people who recorded reviews and suggestions that turned out to be factual would receive a reward.
